Axe & Wedge prides itself on its commitment to communication with the landowner and respectful forest practices. No one likes to get a bill that exceeds their original estimate, which is why frequent communication with the customer is a foundation of our company.
Axe & Wedge is not just a firewood company. Our services also include land development, forest management, road building and site clearing.
We specialize in large jobs and do not do arborist services. If you're looking to have a few (2-6) trees removed, I would recommend you find a smaller company that has equipment meant for low residential impact. We move dirt and earth as conservatively as possible, but unfortunately there is impact with heavy equipment operation. We minimize this with creative techniques and practices.
